Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

We comply with the Kuwait Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 39 of 2014).

1. Return Period
   You have the right to return or exchange items within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. Return Condition
   Items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
3. Damaged Goods
   If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will provide a full refund or exchange and cover all associated shipping costs.
4. Refund Processing
   Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via Bank transfer.
